Blackman & Company was founded and incorporated in 1982 by Chuck Blackman as a construction company with very specific goals:

1. Be selective as to the quality of projects taken.

2. Be flexible so as to provide the client with what they want.

3. Be of the size that allows us to always maintain close personal control.

4. Be the kind of company that we would want to have working for us.

5. Be the BEST SERVICE ORGANIZATION in the industry.

As President of Blackman & Company, Chuck wanted to create a company that focused on treating the client the way he wanted to be treated – from the client’s perspective.

In 1992 Chuck created CASI Construction as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Blackman & Co., Inc., specializing in out of the ground construction in the same markets. Whether you need out of the ground construction, renovation or expansion work, Blackman & Co., Inc./CASI Construction will provide you with the highest level of expertise and personal service.

COMPANY INFORMATION

Employees: 25 full-time employees. The average tenure is 15 plus years.

Bonding: Our bonding limit in excess of $90 million.

Project Safety: Safety is a priority and we have an OSHA certified employee who visits all job sites to ensure field personnel are abiding by current standards and regulations.

Client Satisfaction: Over 70% of our projects are for repeat clients and from client referrals. We are in the business of building relationships.
