SERVICES
Blackman & Company/CASI Construction companies specialize in:
General Contracting General Contracting is the traditional method utilized by many owners to procure construction services.
Upon completion of 100% construction documents prepared by the owner's architect, we will provide a fixed lump sum price to perform the work in accordance with the plans and specifications.
Construction Management Utilizing a team approach with the owner, their architect and consultants, we can manage all construction-related activities. We will also work with the architect during both the design and construction phases of a project.
We feel value is added when we provide:
- Early estimating and budget information,
- Value engineering and constructability analysis during the design phase,
- Construction logistics planning,
- Development of bid packages,
- Coordination of various activities for phased construction,
- Procurement of long-lead items prior to commencement of construction,
- Owner participation and approval of the team as well as all subcontractors and suppliers,
- "Open book" financial reporting and control.
Design/Build Design/Build provides you with a team that has single-source responsibility for providing the design and construction management of your project.
This project delivery method also has the potential of reducing the total project schedule because the design, procurement and construction phases are overlapped.
