CHUCK BLACKMAN

As founder of Blackman & Company, Chuck decided to create an organization that concentrated on treating the client the way he wanted to be treated as the client. He knew what it was like to be the client, since his background included heading facilities, construction and purchasing for several large corporations such as Goldman-Sachs, Citibank, NA and Colonial Penn Insurance before founding his own firm.

In these past positions, Chuck became acutely aware of the client’s needs.  Blackman & Company has spent the last thirty six years providing our clients with what they need, when they need it.  The fact that there is one owner, allows decisions to be made quickly and irrefutably.  There is no “passing the buck,” no delays, no misunderstandings and no decisions to be overruled.

This “other side of the fence” viewpoint and management style is unique to Blackman & Company, and has significantly enhanced our ability to provide our clients with help from “their” perspective rather than the Contractors or Subcontractors perspective.
