General Contracting is the traditional method used to procure construction services.

 

Upon completion of the construction documents prepared by the owner's architect, the project is either placed on the market for competitive bidding or negotiated within the framework of the project's financial limitations.

We provide construction services, either negotiated or by bid process, and this way we are providing our clients with successfully completed projects of this nature since 1982. 

 

It is our belief that completing projects on time and within budget directly results in clients that continue to work with us.  Our success rate for repeat business is over 70%.
